Cisco Anyconnect only works with an ASA appliance. No pix, no concentrator. If this is a concentrator, try setting up pptp and use the native vpn setup in XP. It should work ok from home as long as only one person at a time is connected (it will not handle multiple connections from the same source IP like ipsec).
